Welcome to the Serrano del Vista Website! Our small close-knit community of 246 homes is located in the city of Banning, CA at an elevation of 2400 feet in the foothills near the pass between the San Bernardino and San Jacinto Mountains. Situated just south of the Interstate 10 freeway, we have ready access to deserts, mountains, and seashores as well as major metropolitan areas like Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Orange County.
Within the community we have a beautifully landscaped lighted greenbelt that runs down the center of the community (see picture below). A great safe place to take a stroll with your neighbors on a cool fall evening.
We are a gated 55+ community and have a newly renovated clubhouse (see the pictures at this LINK), a great Homeowners Association, and the entire community is involved in numerous social activities and clubs with many of our residents participating in important proactive groups such as Neighborhood Watch and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team).
