HOA BOARD COMMENTS

Estate sale rules require the seller to notify Serrano Del Vista Management Company (Audrey Faucetta) no less than two weeks prior to the sale and obtain a copy of the Estate sale rules for our community.

A signed copy of these rules shall be returned to the Management Company prior the event.

The HOA Board will be notified and will assist the seller as noted in the Estate sale regulations form.
